Chau Bui

Chau Bui is a systems-minded strategist currently working in Business Management at Freddie Mac, where they continue to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and practical execution. Previously, Chau served as a Consultant at Kearney & Company and was the Founder and COO of Northern Virginia Martial Arts & Fitness from 2004 to 2017. Additionally, Chau held consulting positions at The World Bank and worked as a Business Operations Manager at Epic Wipes. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and human-centered leadership, Chau is dedicated to transforming complexity into clarity.
