Cherie Bartos

Cherie Bartos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and risk management sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Credit Risk at Freddie Mac since January 1996, Cherie has played a key role in the Enterprise Risk Management division. Prior to this, Cherie worked at MGIC as an Underwriter III, contributing to the establishment of contract underwriting services, and held the position of Vice President at Credit Union Mortgage Association, overseeing all underwriting services with senior approval authority. Cherie began the career at NVR Mortgage as Assistant Vice President of Office Operations. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
