David Marcus

David Marcus currently serves as the Head of Counterparty Credit Risk Management and Vice President at Freddie Mac, focusing on investments and capital markets since October 2017. Prior to this, David held the position of Director at Société Générale, where responsibilities included global co-head of OTC clearing and oversight of capital and risk management from January 2016 to September 2017. David's earlier experience at Deutsche Bank encompassed several roles, including Director of Futures/Options & OTC Clearing, where David supported compliance with Dodd-Frank regulations, and Vice President for Global Markets Relationship Management and Credit Risk Management, providing critical support and risk management for high-profile hedge fund clients. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, earned in 2003.
