Emmie McDaniel has extensive experience in property management and financial compliance, beginning with roles at Post Properties where responsibilities included leasing and assisting property management in various supervisory tasks. Emmie's tenure at MAA involved leading a team to exceed budget goals and managing rent roll efficiently. Transitioning to Freddie Mac, Emmie performed in-depth fraud investigations within the multifamily loan portfolio and supported asset performance analysis for securitization processes. Emmie holds a degree in Communication Studies from The University of Georgia.
