Frank Chen is an experienced professional in the field of performance and capacity management, with a career spanning several decades. Since May 2004, Frank has held various roles at Freddie Mac, including Performance & Capacity SME, Infrastructure Engineer, and Technical Architect. Prior to this, Frank served as a Principal at American Management Systems (AMS) from 1996 to 2004 and worked as a Developer at both GSC and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center from 1992 to 1996.
