Jack Dugan, MBA, has extensive experience in the finance and mortgage sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner in Securitization at Freddie Mac since 2018, where responsibilities include product management, mortgage securities operations, and process improvements. Prior to this role, Jack held the position of Director of Capital Markets Operations at Ocwen Financial Corporation from 2013 to 2018, overseeing daily MBS settlement operations. Jack's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Treasury Analyst at Ally from 2006 to 2013, managing the mortgage-backed security settlements process and ensuring accuracy in trade details and reconciliation. Jack began a career at PHH Mortgage as a Secondary Marketing Analyst from 2000 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Penn State University.
