Kate Wolf is an experienced professional in affordable lending and community development. Currently serving as Senior Affordable Lending Manager at Freddie Mac since November 2021, Kate leads the design and implementation of innovative solutions to address housing supply challenges. Prior to this role, Kate was with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) from November 2018 to February 2022, holding positions as Civic Innovation Officer and Business and Community Engagement Technical Officer.
