Leigh Pence is a lifelong learning enthusiast and data governance leader currently serving as a Data Governance Senior Tech Lead at Freddie Mac. Previously, Leigh worked as an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held various roles including Coordinator for the Alternative Accountability Program at NVMS Conflict Resolution Center. Leigh also contributed to the College of William and Mary as a Board of Visitors volunteer and served as Board Member and Treasurer for the Family and Children's Trust Fund of Virginia. Leigh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the College of William and Mary and George Mason University, respectively.
