Michael Passaretti serves as Associate General Counsel in Corporate Governance & Securities at Freddie Mac since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael spent a decade at Capital One, where positions held included Counsel in Governance & Securities and Principal Associate Counsel for Corporate Governance. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics, also graduating cum laude from Stony Brook University.
