Since August 2009, Nikki has been with Freddie Mac, advancing from New Hire Programs Associate to Workforce Technology Senior, and holding multiple titles related to learning and leadership development, including Senior LMS Administrator. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Nikki worked at Beers + Cutler as an Administrative Assistant, and held positions at Oracle and MCI, where responsibilities included senior administrative support.
