Shaun Smith

Shaun Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the affordable housing sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Targeted Affordable Production at Freddie Mac, Shaun Smith oversees national sourcing efforts and manages marketing initiatives aimed at various stakeholders in the affordable housing space. Prior to this role, Shaun Smith held positions as a Senior Consultant and Senior Director in a self-employed capacity since June 1999, as well as Marketing Manager at Archon Group and Investment Officer at TIAA-CREF.
