Tom Mieger is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and real estate industry with extensive experience in servicer relationship management and performance oversight. Since March 2011, Tom has served as Director of Servicer Relationship and Performance Management at Freddie Mac. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Saxon Mortgage, where responsibilities encompassed REO, property preservation, default invoicing, and hazard claims from May 2008 to March 2011. Tom's career also includes significant roles at Countrywide Bank, overseeing Servicing Vendor Management and Credit Risk Management, as well as Loss Mitigation in Construction Lending. Earlier positions as a Loan Officer at Landmark Mortgage and Construction Manager at Hampton Homes and Lennar have provided a strong foundation in construction and lending.
