Vienna So has over two decades of experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance. Currently serving as Internal Audit Senior Director and Chief of Staff at Freddie Mac since October 2012, Vienna So has held various senior positions within the organization, including ERM Operational Risk Methodology Sr. Director and Internal Audit Senior Manager for Capital Markets. Prior roles include managerial positions at Capital One and The Washington Post, where Vienna So excelled in SOX compliance and internal audit processes. Early career experience includes roles at Avanade, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Ernst & Young, LLP, with responsibilities ranging from financial auditing to managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects. Vienna So holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Old Dominion University.
