Will Dean

Will Dean is the Managing Associate General Counsel for the General Corporate Department in Freddie Mac’s Legal Division, where they provide oversight and leadership in legal matters involving technology transactions, data protection, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Freddie Mac in 2003, Will practiced as an associate at Arnold & Porter, focusing on intellectual property law and information technology contracts. Will received a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1997 and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina in 1994. They are admitted to practice in North Carolina, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.
