Fredericia Shipping A/S is a family-owned company, established in 1973 by Niels Jørgen Andersen. Since 1996, the company has been managed by the second generation, Klaus G. Andersen, and since 2021, by the third generation, Amalie Laigaard Andersen.

Headquartered in Fredericia, at the crossroads of East/West and North/South bound rail and road traffic, we aim to offer excellent logistics, agency, and terminal operation services. In addition to our position in the Port of Fredericia, and due to the growing need for more space for our operations, we decided to expand our activities in 2017 with the Taulov Container and Rail Terminal, located 6 km west of the Port of Fredericia.

From this central location, and together with our sister company, Schultz Shipping A/S, we operate in Denmark’s best-located industrial ports, with a total of 12 offices across Denmark, as well as in Hamburg, Lübeck, Gdansk, and Stettin.

Our four main business areas are BULK SHIPPING, STEEL, CONTAINER, and LOGISTICS, but we also maintain an open, entrepreneurial mindset for new business concepts, always with mutual respect and win-win cooperation with our partners.
