Eileen Mitchell

Eileen Mitchell is an experienced project manager currently employed by Frederick County Government in Maryland since July 2019. Prior to this role, Eileen served as the Executive Director of the Fort Detrick Alliance from December 2015 to August 2017. Eileen's career also includes a distinguished tenure with the US Army, culminating in retirement in April 2013. Eileen holds a degree in Communications from Hood College and attended Notre Dame Academy from 1963 to 1967.
