Kyle Baker

Kyle Baker is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Construction Inspector at Frederick since October 2019, Kyle has previously held positions as Superintendent at Morgan-Keller Construction and Senior Field Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Early experience includes a role as a Construction Inspector for Frederick County Public Schools and an internship as a Superintendent Intern at Sigal Construction Corporation. Additionally, Kyle gained leadership experience as a Resident Assistant at Pennsylvania College of Technology, facilitating programs focused on personal development and student wellbeing.
