Ryan Bell serves as the Functional Lead of Network and Voice Services for Frederick County Government, Maryland, beginning in August 2018. Responsibilities include supervising a team within the Network, Voice Services, and Physical Security department, coordinating projects with the Manager of IIT Infrastructure, and managing multi-year budgets. Previously, Ryan held the role of Staff Network Engineer, where networking infrastructure was installed, configured, and monitored. Prior experience includes work as a System Administrator at IT Mindshare and a Line Cook at Bob Evans Farms. Ryan is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Technology Enterprise Management from Southern New Hampshire University, having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in History from West Virginia University and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from West Virginia Junior College Morgantown.
