Anders Andersen

Anders Andersen is a dedicated public leader with 35 years of experience in management, currently serving as a leader at the Municipality of Frederikshavn since 2013. With a broad background that includes 20 years in the banking sector and 12 years as a self-employed consultant, Anders specializes in general management, sales and marketing, and the development of people and organizations. They focus on demand-oriented employment policy, integrating refugees and immigrants, and managing various support programs in an innovative environment that values relationships and workplace wellbeing.
