Chris Thompson

Chris Thompson is an experienced security professional with a comprehensive background in electronic security solutions. Currently serving as a Security Engineer at Securitas Australia since January 2020, Chris is involved in the development of an extensive electronic security package for a significant metro tunnel infrastructure project. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Commissioning Technician at Fredon and Expert Security, holding that position at Expert Security from April 2016 to September 2017, and previously from April 2012 to July 2015. Chris began a career in security as a Security Service Technician at Honeywell from March 2007 to April 2012. Chris holds a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Building Services with a specialization in Building Automation and Controls from Box Hill Institute and completed Year 12 at Mullauna Secondary College.
