Simon Nortje is a dedicated HV Design Lead with a strong passion for infrastructure projects. With 4 years of experience in the construction industry, Simon has specialized in substation design, focusing on both primary and secondary aspects. Previously, Simon held the role of Graduate Electrical Engineer and Cadet Electrical Engineer at Fredon, where they developed expertise in Australian Standards and contributed to significant projects like the Sydney Metro Station. Simon also possesses leadership experience as a Team Leader and Executive Director at BusinessOne Consulting, along with early tutoring roles at Wesley College, The University of Sydney. Currently, Simon is eager to apply their extensive skill set towards advancing renewable energy initiatives.
