Lynn Wheat

Lynn Wheat has extensive experience in the field of technical direction and scenic carpentry, currently serving as the Scene Shop Supervisor at the State University of New York at Fredonia since October 2017. With a long-standing role as the Lead Scenic Carpenter at ADM Productions, Inc. since April 2008, Lynn has also held multiple positions at Queensborough Community College from January 2015 to June 2017, including Adjunct Professor and Technical Director. Previous experience includes working as a Lighting Technician at Bentley Meeker Lighting & Staging, Inc. and as a Technical Director and Lighting Designer at Adelphi University. Lynn's foundational experience as Shop Manager and Technical Director at Hofstra University from September 2006 to May 2012 complements educational qualifications, which include a B.F.A. in Production Design with an emphasis in Technical Direction from the State University of New York at Fredonia, earned between 2001 and 2005.
