Tim Rowe

Tim Rowe is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in psychology, sociology, and human resources. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Erie County Community College and a Lecturer in Psychology at Gannon University, Tim has taught various psychology and sociology courses, both in-person and online. Tim's consulting work spans organizations such as General Electric and Bank of America, focusing on workplace communication, conflict resolution, and mental health. In previous roles, Tim managed human resources functions at ApexDrop Influence Marketing and Whole Foods Co-op, enhancing employee experiences and strategic HR initiatives.
