April Held is an experienced instructional designer and eLearning developer currently employed at Fredrickson Learning since October 2017, specializing in creating custom, accessible eLearning courses and interactive content. April excels in graphic and information design, producing high-quality visuals, videos, and animations, and possesses strong LMS administration skills, as well as experience writing for global audiences. Prior roles include Principal Office and Administrative Specialist at the University of Minnesota, where April enhanced user experience in online learning, and diverse positions in customer service and management, notably at Decca and Urban Outfitters. April holds a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Technical Communication and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting, complemented by coursework at multiple institutions.
