Danielle McKay is an experienced content developer and instructional designer with a strong background in training and education. At Fredrickson Learning since October 2014, Danielle has specialized in SAP training, collaborating with teams and subject matter experts to design and implement courses. Danielle also led live online training sessions and in-person classes for Office 365 and Microsoft Teams within IT PC Training. Previously, Danielle worked at General Physics from November 2005 to November 2010 as an instructional systems designer and editor, creating web-based training courses for various clients. Early career experience includes serving as a quality assurance specialist, ensuring the accuracy and quality of instructional materials. Danielle holds a BA in English with a focus on technical writing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an AA in public relations and English from Normandale Community College.
