Heather Connors, MPH, is the Principal Consultant and Staffing Lead at Fredrickson Learning, where they focus on strategic, learner-centered design and facilitation to enhance professional growth. They have previously held roles as the Principal Learning Performance Consultant at Veritas Technologies LLC and Learning and Development Manager at CSM Corporation. With a rich background in instructional design, coaching, and communication skills, Heather aims to align training with business goals while building communities of learning and practice. Their education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell College and a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
