Hailey Conger

Hailey Conger is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across project management and executive support roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Fredriks since October 2025, Conger previously worked as an Executive Assistant at MontaRosa, where coordination of high-level executive search projects was a key responsibility. At Renovata, Conger held dual roles as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant, managing recruitment projects and client communications.
