Free Hearts is a boutique fitness, wellness, and social studio for people who want to be welcomed in a safe space as they are.  Our mission is to create an opportunity to be yourself freely in an environment with no judgment.  We offer classes in multiple formats of fitness and wellness or a full offering of options for your body, mind, and soul. 

How hard is it to identify and then do ALL of the things you need to do for your physical, mental, and social well-being?  At Free Hearts, you can take classes in a safe and welcoming space where professionals guide you toward optimal self-care.

We offer a full wellness experience in a personal boutique model.  

Our multi-format and multi-wellness offerings include dance, boxing, Pilates, strength, barre, yoga, and meditation.  Through a mix of these options, you can personalize your schedule for full-person wellness.
