Free Like You (F.L.Y.) is a FemTech startup shaping the future of menstrual health. Founded in 2024, our mission is to guarantee accessible, stigma-free menstrual care through an integrated ecosystem that connects technology, education, and real-world support.

In July 2024 we launched our menstrual and health app, Fly.Me - Calendario Mestruale, which today counts over 20,000 users and continues to grow. Alongside the digital platform, we deploy a series of high-impact territorial initiatives: free distribution of period products, educational workshops in schools and workplaces, and our presence at major public events to support menstrual wellbeing.

We work closely with companies to strengthen corporate welfare and build more inclusive, people-centered work environments. Through the installation of F.L.Y. dispensers for free period products, tailored training sessions, and awareness programs on menstrual health, we help organizations promote equity, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.

Choosing F.L.Y. means joining a project with strong social value and demonstrating a concrete commitment to the health of people with uteruses and to sustainable, inclusive corporate culture.

With an inclusive, research-driven and community-focused approach, F.L.Y. is committed to fighting menstrual poverty, advancing menstrual equity, and breaking the stigma surrounding the female body through social and technological innovation.
