Mark Palmer

Mark Palmer has extensive work experience in legal roles related to business operations and privacy. Mark most recently served as the COO, General Counsel, Chief Financial and Privacy Officer at Free Range Games since September 2012. Prior to that, they held the positions of General Counsel, VP Business Operations, and Director of Privacy at Glassdoor.com from March 2009 to July 2012. Before that, they worked at Jigsaw, now Data.com, as the Corporate Counsel and Director of Privacy from April 2004 to March 2009. Mark also has previous experience as a Partner at Mark S. Palmer, P.C. from November 1997 to April 2004 and as an Associate Attorney at Wallace, Chapas & Associates from November 1992 to November 1997.

Mark Palmer received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science with a focus on Soviet Studies from Dickinson College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Mark then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, completing their studies between 1989 and 1992. Furthermore, Mark Palmer obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Information Technology Law from KU Leuven, attending the institution from 2002 to 2003.
