Jorge H.

Jorge H. is an experienced technology and information security professional, currently serving as Co-Founder of Genezzight and Presidente Ejecutivo of the Cloud Security Alliance, Centro America Chapter, where efforts focus on promoting best practices for cloud usage and risk management. Since January 2019, Jorge has held the position of CEO as an independent contractor while being affiliated with the Free Software Foundation since 2005, organizing significant events and conferences related to open-source software and IT security. Jorge's previous roles include serving as a technology advisor for the Organization of American States, providing insights into corporate security education and cyber defense, and as a project advisor for ONU Guatemala. Jorge holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Computing & Information Security and Forensics and a Master's in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside recent studies in couple therapy and sexuality.
