Lauren K.

Lauren K. is a seasoned user experience researcher with extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at FreeAgent since March 2019, Lauren previously held positions at STR as a Senior Research Executive and at Insights by Kantar as both a Qualitative and Quantitative Research Executive, where involvement included a Quantitative Service Measurement project. Earlier in the career path, Lauren worked as an Outreach Worker for the NHS in an Eating Disorders Day Unit. Lauren holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mental Health Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Lancaster University.
