Lucy Rothwell

Lucy Pitticas-Rothwell is an experienced product operations leader currently serving as the Head of Product Operations at FreeAgent since August 2022, focusing on enabling data-driven decision-making and innovation across product teams. Previously, Lucy held roles including Group Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at FreeAgent, contributing to the development of products for small businesses. Prior experience includes serving as Product Owner at Sensyne Health, where Lucy led the MVP launch of a flagship product, and Managing Director at InspiredMinds!, where Lucy built a global AI summit business. Earlier career positions encompass Product Director roles at Money20/20 and London Business Conferences Group, as well as experience as a Data Scientist. Lucy holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Psychological Sciences from UCL.
