Corey Shepherd

Corey Shepherd has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the President of Freed Corp. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of the same company from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Freed Corp., Corey was the President & Founder of Maxswell Capital in 2021. Additionally, they worked as Vice President of Real Estate at Fengate Asset Management from 2019 to 2021. Corey's earlier experience includes various roles at Montez Corporation, where they served as Vice President, Director, Manager of Property Operations, and Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2019.

Corey Shepherd has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western University. They also studied Real Estate Development at Cornell University. They attended Upper Canada College but did not obtain a degree from there. Corey Shepherd has additional certifications in AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards Manager Training, Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSCM), and Argus Valuation DCF.
