Kelly Kois

Kelly Kois has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Project Consultant at MEI Computer Technology Group until 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Project Coordinator at Sunfield Homes. At Hatch, they worked as a Learning Specialist from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Menkes Construction Management Ltd as a Project/Site Administrator. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Corporate Services Specialist at Kois International Foods Inc. At Plan Group Inc., they held multiple roles, including Site Administrator from 2014 to 2016, Human Resources/Labour Coordinator from 2016 to 2017, HR Generalist from 2017 to 2019, and HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Freed Corp. as an HR Manager since June 2021 and has recently been promoted to Human Resources Director in November 2021.

Kelly Kois has a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Humber College, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Humber College. Kelly has also obtained certifications as a PPA Practitioner from Thomas International and as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in the year 2020.
