Kapil Joshi

Kapil Joshi has worked in various roles in the past two decades. In 2000, they began their career as a CSR at GECIS. Kapil then moved to Vangurad in 2004 as a Team Leader. In 2005, they became Manager of Operations at Rico Auto - BPM Division. In 2007, they were promoted to Principal at Sampark BPO Pvt. Ltd. In 2008, they were appointed Sr. Manager of Client Relations at Settlement Corporation of America. In 2011, they became Vice-President of Operations at The Office Guys (TOG). In 2018, they were appointed Director at Kintegra Services. Most recently, in 2020, they were named Head of Operations at FREED.

Kapil Joshi attended St. Edwards School from 1984 to 1995. Kapil then went on to attend IHM Shimla. After that, they completed a Hotel Management degree from IHM, Shimla. Kapil then completed an ASMP in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Finally, they also completed a course from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
