Venkat Prasad has over 20 years of professional experience. Venkat began their career in 1997 as a Territory Manager at Modi Xerox Ltd. In 1999, they moved to Xerox Modicorp Ltd as a Deputy Collections Manager, where they handled a team of 17 Collection Executives. In 2002, they joined Convergys India Services Ltd. as a Senior Customer Care Officer. Venkat then moved to Vanguard Info Systems Ltd. in 2004, where they were a Team Leader (Quality) handling a team of 32 Floor Support Executives. In 2006, they joined Elvy Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager - Customer Relations, creating awareness in the Indian market about a new concept. In 2008, they were Manager - Business Development at Lahari Resorts, heading the front end sales and coordinating on field operations. In 2010, they joined SCOA as Head - Affiliate Relations. Venkat currently holds the position of Customer Service Manager at FREED, a role they have held since 2021.

Venkat Prasad attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1986 to 1993, where they obtained their AISSCE in Science.
