Our mission is to assist formerly incarcerated and criminal justice involved persons with reentry by achieving self-sufficiency through sustainable services and resources. 

With the support of our team of “lived experience” professionals who have successfully achieved self-sufficiency and a case manager, we focus our efforts on supporting our specialized population with individualized services. Our services include but are not limited to the following: jail release transition support, court advocacy, emergency and permanent housing, health insurance, technology support, identification and public transportation support.
