Troy Thomas

Troy Thomas has extensive experience in service coordination, monitoring, and technical support within the home ventilation and temporary housing sectors. Currently serving as Lead Service Coordinator and previously as Lead Monitoring Specialist at Freedom Forever since November 2019, Troy has developed a comprehensive skill set in customer service and operational management. Prior to this role, Troy contributed to QC Manufacturing, Inc. as a Sales and Tech Support Specialist from November 2017 to October 2019, where involvement in the promotion of QuietCool products took place. Additionally, Troy briefly worked as a Hotel Support Specialist at ALE Solutions in 2017, providing critical support to policyholders in temporary housing arrangements. Troy holds a High School Diploma from Huntley High School, obtained in 2011.
