From 2018 to 2021, they served as Chief Operating Officer of Rividium Inc., where they were responsible for Program Management, Requirements Analysis, Government Consulting, Enterprise Software Development, Enterprise Information Technology (IT) Services, Enterprise Architecture, and Cyber Security Solutions. From 2014 to 2018, they were Managing Director of The Poseidon Group, LLC, a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned and SBA certified HUBZone entity. From 2005 to 2014, they were President and Co-Founder of Infinity Technology, LLC. From 2004 to 2005, they were Senior Vice President of BlueAlly. From 2001 to 2004, they served as Senior Executive Service (SES) in the United States Navy. From 1999 to 2001, they were President, CEO and Founder of Dynology Corporation. From 1996 to 1999, they were a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting / BearingPoint. From 1991 to 1996, they served as Captain in the United States Air Force.

Lawrence E. West obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Economics from North Carolina State University between 1986 and 1991. Lawrence E. then earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western New England University in 1995. In 1992, they obtained a Level III - Certified Program Manager certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
