Freedom Recruitment Group is a private equity investment company with a bold vision to reinvent recruitment.

We invest in niche recruitment consultancies, supporting entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and develop future industry leaders.

Our consultancies are built around a core team of dedicated, passionate people who are motivated by positively impacting people’s lives and share our mission of restoring respect and credibility to the recruitment industry.

Our ethos challenges an outdated industry by committing to delivering outstanding customer service, providing staff with world-class training and adopting cutting-edge technology.

What We Do
◾ Putting people first - Looking after the people who work with us is our top priority.
◾ Redefining Success - Doing work that matters. Making a difference. Our partners are achieving a new kind of success.
◾ Working with exceptional partners - Our proven business model has been developed over decades of recruitment business experience to accelerate growth sustainably.
◾ We turn down more ideas than we accept - Revolutionising the recruitment industry requires dedicated, talented, resilient partners who bring all of themselves to the table.

We’re looking for:
◾ Character - We invest in exceptional people, who are incredibly driven, not afraid of hard work, resilient in the face of adversity and determined to achieve their goals.
◾ Passion - Starting your recruitment business should be your passion and your priority. If you are passionate about people, purpose-driven and love recruitment, let’s talk.
◾ Vision - Are you ready to go all in? Our vision is bold and ground-breaking: we’re in this for the long run. We need big picture people not those looking for a quick win.

Freedom Recruitment Group is more than just a private equity investment company. We bring the best out of people and their businesses.
