At FRC we believe people with disabilities are equal and valued participants in society and our mission is to provide services that increase independence for people with disabilities. 

Core services include Skills Training, Peer Mentoring, Information & Referral, Transition and Advocacy. It also offers a temporary ramp program, home evaluations for accessibility, and relocation from nursing facilities to the community. FRC also works to make our communities more user-friendly for people with disabilities by offering technical assistance to business and government entities on access issues, as well as educational presentations. 

FRC serves people of any disability, any age, free of charge.
