We are an in-home health care company specializing in mental health screenings, psychological assessments, and family therapy.  We provide treatment for Anxiety, Depression, Stress, PTSD, marital problems family issues, and many other challenges.  We meet you where you are most comfortable to discuss your challenges, typically in home or via telehealth.
We believe in giving back and annually make donations to organizations in our communities that have needs to be able to provide their services, thru our FreedomChoice Foundation.
