Alan Turley

Alan Turley is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in product support, technical analysis, and IT consulting. Currently serving as Product Support Lead and previously as Senior Technical Support Analyst at FreedomPay since October 2018, Turley offers extensive support and assistance related to advanced technology solutions, including payment gateways and software applications. Prior to FreedomPay, Turley held various roles, including Sr. IT Business/Systems Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, where complex analyses were performed for the Mountain West Region, and Implementation Consultant III at Oracle, focusing on middleware integration for casino management systems. Turley also gained experience as a Consultant/Technical Support at Ultimate IT Solutions and as an Implementation Specialist at MICROS Systems Inc. Alan Turley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
