Mark Collins is an experienced professional in support services and technical roles, currently serving as Director of Support Services at FreedomPay since March 2020, previously holding positions such as Senior Manager in Technical Support and Technical Analyst. Prior to FreedomPay, Mark worked at Oracle from October 2014 to March 2020, where roles included Senior Global Solutions Engineer in Sports & Entertainment and various sales consulting positions. Mark’s career began at MICROS Systems Inc, focusing on product specialization and application management services, followed by significant contributions at Torex Retail in technical services and as a Database Analyst at Torex. Mark also gained early experience in the Epos field with XN Checkout.
