Robert Bailey

Robert Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert currently serves as the Director of Operations at FreeFlight Systems since 2022. Previously, in 2021, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Turtle Creek Consulting. From 2015 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Datamars, including Chief Executive Officer, General Manager for North America, and CEO & President of Datamars Inc. Prior to that, they were Senior Vice President & General Manager at IPS Industries Inc. from 2008 to 2015, Senior Vice President at Overwraps Flexibles from 2006 to 2008, and Vice President & Regional Manager at Hilex Poly Co. from 1992 to 2006. In their various positions, they were responsible for a wide range of functions such as P&L management, sales, supply chain, marketing, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, and HR.

Robert Bailey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Chemistry from Sam Houston State University. Robert also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Business/Marketing from Northwestern State University.
