Erika Berg

Erika Berg is the current Vice President of Business Development at Freeform. Erika has previous experience as a Vice President, Manager, and Product Analyst. In their role as Vice President at Carbon, they were responsible for product specifications and performance attributes of the 787 Dreamliner. As a Manager at Deloitte, they defined the preliminary product positioning and portfolio of new features for the product launch of the new 777X commercial aircraft. Berg has also interned at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management.

Erika Berg studied Aerospace Engineering and Aircraft Design at the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earning their Bachelor of Science. Erika then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a focus in Aerospace Engineering. In addition, Erika holds a certification in Software Product Management from Product School.

Erika Berg reports to Erik Palitsch, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Thomas J. Ronacher - CTO & Co-Founder, Tasso Lappas - Chief Science Officer, and Cameron Kay - Head of Talent.
