Mike Prather

Mike Prather is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Houston office, where they handle commercial and contractual disputes, construction failures, and catastrophic injury matters across the United States. They have represented a diverse clientele, from individuals to multi-national corporations, and are regularly engaged for cause and origin investigations related to engineering failures and catastrophic incidents. Previously, they held partner positions at Walker Wilcox Matousek LLP and Donato Brown Pool & Moehlmann, PLLC. Mike earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma and a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston. They have been recognized as AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and voted a Texas Super Lawyer.
