Cecilia Mische

Cecilia Mische is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and coaching. Currently serving as a Travel Advisor at Fora Travel and Head Volleyball Coach at CROSSFIRE VOLLEYBALL INC, Cecilia also holds the position of Senior Director of Internal Communications at Freeman Company and works as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota, teaching Professional Writing. Previous roles include Master Coach at Transitions In Nature and Head of Communications at Coloplast, where strategic communication initiatives were overseen for both North America and global markets. With a strong background in internal communications management at Allianz Life, Cecilia has successfully led multiple high-impact communication strategies and projects while advising leadership on messaging and engagement. Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Minnesota.
