Dan Eggen

Dan Eggen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the marketing and operational sectors, currently serving as Vice Chair at Freeman Company since February 2014. At Freeman, Dan has been instrumental in the creation of the "Mirror Board," which enhances employee engagement and decision-making processes. Previously, Dan held various roles at Freeman, including Finance Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Senior Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included business planning, analytics, and process improvement. Prior to Freeman, Dan worked at Identifix, Inc. as a Trainer & Product Support Representative and Market Area Representative, as well as positions in sales and operations at Graphistudio, Express Employment Professionals, and The Home Depot. Dan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and an A.A.S. Degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University.
